The supply chain strategy is a complementary and highly close enterprise alliance based on business outsourcing. This alliance is composed of core products, core assets or core enterprises (usually producers of final products and providers of services). It includes raw material, accessories suppliers, manufacturers, distribution centers, wholesalers, retailers and customers, etc. The goal of this alliance is to provide products with low prices and high quality, timely supply through seamless work coordinated by all members of the alliance, which provides high-quality after-sales service to improve the effectiveness of market supply and customer satisfaction, and gains a competitive advantage with a high market share

The supply chain network is different from the general enterprise alliance. It is not limited to cross-ownership and capital flow of enterprises, but takes the value chain as a link to expand the cooperation and collaboration between enterprises to raw materials, components, technology, capital, equipment, market and information etc. It is actually a combination of different enterprises with specific advantages in value-added links such as research and development, production and processing, resource provision and marketing that are scattered around the world in a certain industry, and implement division of labor. Cooperation, complementary advantages, strong alliances, and benefit sharing have expanded the flow of production factors to the scope of international integration. Therefore, a forward-looking company should develop its own supply chain network from a strategic point of view, or strive to become a member of a strong supply chain network. It can be said that in the future, all business competitions around the world will be the competition of "enterprise teams" with close unity and common interests, and it is this special supply chain that connects them.
